Bombardier, in partnership with Garmin, is updating the avionics for its Learjet 70, and 75 aircraft.
Powered by the Garmin G5000 avionics suite, the upgrade which is currently in flight testing, will enhance the aircrafts capabilities for customers enabling them to access the most favourable routes as well as paving the way for future technological advancements.
The avionics enhancement will be offered to customers on new Learjet 70, and 75 business jets, with a retrofit option on in-service models made available concurrently.
Peter Likoray, senior vice president, worldwide sales and marketing, Bombardier Business Aircraft, said: “Avionics is one of the fastest-evolving systems on a modern aircraft and the upgrade will make sure our Learjet 75 and Learjet 70 business jet customers remain ahead of the curve.”
